With 10+ years of experience in CAD design, two 3D printers and 3 in-house lasers, I can help bring your patterns to life. I offer pattern digitization, templating, design services and more.
Pattern services:
Rough sketch with dimensions -> digital file (DXF)
Digitize scanned pattern w/ registration marks -> digital file (DXF)
Digitize saddle/ tack/ large patterns -> digital file (DXF)
Template services:
Custom cut acrylic patterns, maximum 19×30″ (480 x 760mm) up to 1/4″ (6mm) cast acrylic
Custom cut acrylic templates/ jigs up to 1/4″ (6mm) cast acrylic
Custom 3D printed templates/ jigs available in PLA+, PETG, ABS, ASA plastics
Digitization services are provided at an hourly rate (1/2 hour minimum), custom printing and templating services are quoted by the project.
